    Site has a very solid niche specific keyword rich (.com) domain name. The site is a niche news and information site on the Mafia and Organized Crime. The site is built on wordpress making it very easy to maintain and update.

    Site is well indexed in all major search engines and getting solid search engine traffic. The site is growing in traffic and earning at a steady rate. The site has back links on at sites such as Digg , Reddit , Pinterest, hubpage, squidoo, and wikipedia. The site is currently a PR 1 but with back links developing it is sure to rise in PR on next update.

    Site content is unique. The site contains a large amount of niche information past and present. This site could easily be the #1 authority site for organized crime and the mafia with a little more work.

    This site could really take off and be a high ranking money maker for someone who wants to put some time into it. Plus SEO and traffic building is not a strong point of mine so someone more knowledgeable in this area could quickly take this site to the next level and more.
