Niche Mini Sites

    Hi,

I have been reading up on this topic and i think i want to start doing it sometime soon. I am thinking, hey if I could make about 100 Niche Mini Sites that all pertain to a different affilaite product and have adsense on them, i could make a decent living. I know it will be a ton of work. But i am up for it.

    One problem.

I want to have a unique design for my mini sites. I just want one - three designs and i can just use those same ones for everyone, since they will all be different kinds of sites anyway.

I want a unique design but have no idea what i want to do. I just want a simple 2.0 clean layout for it but i don't know where to look or anything. I heard Wordpress themes are good but i don't want to post. I just want a simple 1 page - 5 page website.

    Any ideas guys?

That is going to be a lot of work, and depending on design cost, a lot of money. However, good luck on it if you are truly motivated to go after it buddy clams.

Motivation is what will make or break you in this business.

If you just want one to five page sites, you can creates a customer HTML template yourself. If you want more dynamic sites, wordpress is good. I have used in some of my sites, very flexible and easy to customize

Well the thing with niche mini sites is that you need a REALLY GOOD keyword finding tool so that you can seek out the easy to rank for keywords on google.

PM me if your looking for a tool that can handle this, I use one that I highly recommend and I have created tons of profit generating niche mini sites.

i guess because you can't post affiliate links, in here.

If you're looking to build 100 sites why not start your portfolio on the right track with an already build site, from which you can link out to the other future sites in your network

check out my site for sale,
it's already developed and costs only around $200

Yeah itzball, in theory yes you can. But how long you are looking to build these 100 sites and drive traffic to these 100 sites?

Unless you have a team of 10-20 people to help you, otherwise it is rather hard. But if you concentrate to build one niche site with community aspect probably you will make huge money.

    That's just my 2 cent

Hi itzball, I think you can use Xsitepro or wordpress, that's what I use for my niche sites anyway. You might wanna check out Bluesense from Dosh-dosh, that's a good theme for niche sites I think.

    Hope that helps.

I have the same idea and actually have 6+ sites going allready. I found a great piece of software that will create a site in 30 seconds full of adsense, amazon, & even ebay affiliates. My goal is to have several hundred sites going by the end of the year. heres the link to SPB

Interesting! I just checked out the site but it looks like it will take me 2 days to read that sales page completely. Care to share some important features of this tool here?

It is a simple piece of software that creates a website in about 30 seconds to a minute. 1st you create a profile with your adsense ID & amazon ID & ebay affiliate ID which is hard to get. Then you pick a template from about 7 different kinds and many more on the horizon. You can customize the ad placements and even sign up for affiliates in the niche you have and place them in ads. You can upload articles or create your own within the software and plagiarism check them. And you can FTP from the software to your server. It was a challenge at first but once i understood how it worked i was on a tear making sites. Hopefully i have answered your questions.

I believe i payed around $89 for the software. Ive tried to create site through wordpress and all but it is tedious.

Yeah It's going to take a lot of work. I had one site with just google adsense and I had to put in work. I can't imagine trying to do 100 sites. The hosting bill for 100 sites wow.

Mate my advice is don't buy any sites, start bulding your network slowly and methodically. Build your sites and your content with the view that 'if you were a visitor, this information / website would be worth your time visiting'. Where most people fail is that they spew out sites with half arsed content, shitty designs.

The key is making a simple turnkey site, that doesnt actually look and feel like one.

You can find heaps of designers in the services section of the forum, you could get someone to build something unique.

Hosting wouldnt be expensive at all, you find one that can host over 100 domains or unlimited domains. Around 25 bucks a month

I've been doing the mini-site thing recently. Domain parking sucks, and this is the best alternative.

Unfortunately my career started off in graphic design and I am extremely picky when it comes to design. You have to realize that in order to pull this off in a human being's lifetime, you have to use the same template for every single site, or you'll never finish a project like this. For instance, I own over 400 domains and it would take me 5 lifetimes if I were creating a custom template for every single mini-site.
