Buying Niche / Micro-niche websites adsense income $10+ per month

    Hiya,

    I'm interested in Micro-niche websites.

    Conditions are:
    - Organic traffic
    - Ranking in p#1 in google for the micro niche key phrase
    (please provide google analytics for these 2 if possible)

    - In their own domain
    - Proof of making $10+ adsense income (other income might be acceptable also) for at least 3 months (preferably up to 6 months). Anything in the $10-50 will be reviewed.

    - Unique content
    - Do not require constant updates (so NO autoblogs)

    Please PM through URL, proof of traffic and income and your suggested price.

    I'm looking to pay between 10-12 months of revenue as price if all of those are fulfilled. My overall budget is quite generous and I may be interested in more than one site.
