Niche Job Board Avg $140 month from Adsense

I am selling a Niche Job Board. It is the only one that I know of for this Industry. The site was started in Aug 2005 and was sold last year but the buyer was riped of by a partner so I bought the site back. I am running it as a Free board, we do not charge Job Seekers or for Posting Jobs. It has several options in the backend to charge for posting or even memberships.

I do not advertise the site. Most traffic comes from search engines, word of mouth and Indeed.com
I have a feed set up for Indeed.com and get around 600 hits a month from them.

There are 302 Employer Accounts

There are 894 Jobs posted in the pass 60 days. I have it set so Jobs expire after 60 days.

Just so there are no more issues, the domain is registered at domainspricedright.com which is owned by Godaddy. It can be transfered to Godaddy if you want, but everything works the same. I will be taking offers for 2 days unless someone offers BIN
