I make $.75 to $1.50 per day via adsense alone. Thats 20-50 bucks a month. To me, thats funny. Thats why I'm selling. The search results went from 2 million to 8 million in a week. If you have YPN or you now how to make money via affiliate market, then I think its no laughing auction. But then again, thats up to you

There are people on DP that are less experienced and maybe looking for a site to start their Internet Marketing journey off with and having the views of the community on a potential deal is invaluable in my opinion.

If a deal stands up to the test then the seller should have no problems dealing with the remarks and questions. DP already in my view considering the amount of users it gets has a nice atmosphere for trades and most sellers that are not trying to scam or rip people off are treated with respect.

back to the thread ... I dont think its a bad site ... just overpriced selling at 40x monthly revenue with the only asset that it ranks for a keyword that is bringing in traffic.

 

er...80 uniques per day sites now selling for thousand? I might as well become a millionaire in the next month or so...

To everyone else, thanks for the input. I never said anything other than I'm selling this site based upon the fact its getting traffic for a specific niche keyphrase. The search results went from 3 mill to 22 mill in 2 weeks and its ranked number 3 now. Personally I don't think it will be too hard to "keep it optimized" if you want that niche. Affiliate marketing is about niches. I real affiliate marketer could probably take this site and make money off of it based off of that keyphrase alone no?

The only scam here is the fact my price is high. Then again, in my opinion a Lexus is overpriced too.
