Selling Niche fully unique blog with 250+ UV per month

Hello, I am looking to sell my website which is thepitbike.co.uk. This is a small niche site which has been made with fully unique content all written by myself. I am looking to sell the site along with the domain and all content.

So far this month the site has received 271 unique views, over 90% of this is organic traffic coming from search engines.

The size is only monetised using Amazon affiliates, and has received several click throughs however no sales. With adsense, this could be very easily monetized a lot better.
