First of all I think its important to explain why I am selling! End of this month I'll be moving into a new property so I am having to get as much cash together as I can, which means some of my sites will need to go. This is not a site that I would have liked to sell, but I my loss is going to be someones gain!

So lets give you some details:

This site is based in the CAMPING niche and has so far been optimized for just ONE product type, which leaves loads of opportunities to expand! I haven't even expanded into sleeping bags, camping lights, camping stoves etc etc. It is extremely easy to add products and the dropshipper has anything you can dream of!

The product margin is between 20% and 80% and since you set up the prices you pretty much control that.

The site has been extensively SEO'd but has had a minimum amount of link building done to it, so if you have the time to link build the sites traffic will shoot up! (I will provide the buyer with information on how to maximize their SEO efforts)


Having said that the site has made 3 sales in the last month or so since it is getting very specific traffic

What I have not done to the site:

PPC Advertising!- This was the next step! Especially since I know I can get PPC traffic to this site for around $0.06-$0.10 per click! And I know this site converts!

Google Market Place- I have not added the site to a very good traffic source, simply because I have not got round to it! However I will teach the buyer exactly how to do this.

Affiliate Programmes- I have not added this site to affiliate programmes which would increase the sales. I have not had time to fill in the application process for Commission Junction etc.

This site has AMAZING potential to anyone who wants to become involved in ecommerce! It is based in a HOT niche and has loads of Hungry Searchers!

Some other notes:

I recommend that you are located in the US.....this makes the dropshipping easier in terms of getting an account.

The cost of running the site is $14.95 a month. It is hosted on a hostgator business plan which will be transferred to the new owner so that the site continues to run smoothly!
