    Selling a site selling roller hockey skates in the skating niche. Its makes $3-5 per month in ebay partner network. Most of the traffic comes from long tail keyword phrases and has enormous room for growth in the search engines by targeting certain keywords.

    This site has almost a year worth of earnings! Its a consistent passive, earner for me.
