    Looking to leave the niche scene, as I was hit hard by panda/penguin/and more than one server issue. Just was not able to recover after all this. I am going to run only 1 niche and 1 authority site from now on, and am selling everything else. My loss is your gain. This is a good niche domain name with a lot of keywords centered around it, giving you the possibility to snatch up long-tails and go for a high-competition keyword at the same time.
