Hello Friends, I am so wonder about blog comment because my site is related to industrial equipments like gears manufacturers, cement plant manufacturers, steel plant manufacturers more and now i want just comment on some dofollow blogs which should related to my site theme but i am unable to find this kind of blog so please help me suggest me from where i can find this types of blogs
i don't think you will find any blog related to these...it would be better if you get registered on B2B sites or take some professional help
Try using a dofollow blog search engine like this one: http://w3ec.com/dofollow/ and try searching like "industrial" or "equipment" if you aren't getting results remember to try broading your search terms.
You ar enot going to get many themed blogs as these. All the more it would be easier for you to rank naturally for your search terms. The best advice I could give is blog reviews. get some blog reviews done for your blog

Dofollow blogs are only in the more general niches at this point in time......My advice is to start your own dofollow blog for the above keywords.
It will be very tough to find dofollow blogs directly related to your niche. There is still some advantage to commenting on indirectly related blogs. It is not true that there are only general niche dofollow blogs....obviously some people just don't know how to find dofollow blogs very well.
Don't just get do follows, get no follows as well, and do both anchored and unanchored postings to look nature to search engines. You can also get some cheap links from some of the link sellers too =)

Just a couple things perhaps you could loosen what type of blogs your willing to comment on and comment on business blogs. looking for a nice resources takes a lot of time and effort try visit some webmaster forum and ask if do they have blogs same as the blog that you have.
It is really a tough job to find blogs similar or even related to your niche. I optimized a site same as yours before, and I found out that this niche is easy to rank for. Actually, I rank #1 or sometimes #2 for the KW industrial equipments and other related KWs. If you really want blogs where you can comment, I suggest not too put much attention on manufacturers related niche or engineering stuffs('coz there are really few quality blogs in that niche). Try to experiment on machine blogs, invention blogs, and other semi-related which auto-approved comments(do-follow) If you are interested for a list, just send me a pm.
