Niche Directory for sale! - $50 starting price!

Hi guys,
i'm selling http://www.arcame.com - a directory of game sites.

A few weeks ago i bought it here from another user but i'm selling it now because i don't have the time and money to run so many different sites (like most of the sellers here i guess ).
I'm going to sell another 5 sites or so the next copple of weeks and i will be using the money to invest in only 2 websites i currently run.

Anyway, since i got this site i advertised it a bit on forums such as this one, Sitepoint, TalkArcades.com, Gamescript.net, Onarcade.com and a few others.
I also submitted to 50+ directories and submitted to all major search engines.
Last time i checked, the site was in all major SE's and is starting to receive traffic from Google.

I also created a new logo for it, made a contact script and changed the template's layout and featured links function to my needs.
All the current website links it has at the moment are all 100% submitted by the webmasters themselves. The directory has 89 active links at the moment and new sites are submitted regularly.

Directory runs on PhpLinkDirectory

Traffic Stats
The site has a current Alexa rank of 710,979 and it is hosted at Godaddy (free push).
I never used the crappy godaddy tracking software before (i'm an AWSTATS 'fan') so i don't know exactly how many uniques it has per day but with that Alexa ranking i'm guessing between 30 and 100 uniques/day (see links below for traffic screens)

Revenue
The site has no revenue at the moment but the previous owner did make $6 at selling featured spots.
Everything is setup automatically and featured link payments are directly received into your paypal account.
You will make money with the current traffic if you add adsense to it (i never tried it) and maybe lower the featured link price a bit

After the Arcade hype, i'm guessing directories like this one will be the next best thing. It's time to start now and make an advantage on all the upcoming directories!

I will be helping you to install the site on your own server and give you all the explanations you need to make a good start with it.
