    Hey Guys!

    Seems like years since I was here last.. Ive been busy with my CB business!

    I'm proud to announce my latest NICHE product.

    It's actually been selling well on clickbank for about 5 years now
    however I now control the site.

    Recently it's been given a make-over and I have
    added a 1 click upsell.

    Potential Sales: Initial product ($27), upsell ($67), downsell ($27)

    Initial Product = Ebook, 3 videos, 2 bonus guide + support.

    Upsell = 16 Part video series + ebook
    Downsell = 16 Part video series

    Affiliates earn 75% on all sales = Potential $70.5 (-cb fees)

    Refund rate = Under 3%

    Upsell is converting at over 70%

    All videos have been filmed on Danies own grape farm
    so the customer gets quality content (Not free Youtube videos!)

    2 emails sent to my list generated $1499 in aff commission.

    The overall conversion rate was 1:31 after my 35k list. Not bad considering how niche the product is. The list was home energy related so a list closer to gardening/food should convert even better.. Or atleast a higher email open rate therefore more sales per sub.

    The product will sell the the following lists:

    Renewable energy
    DIY/building projects
    Gardening
    Food
    Health

    If you have a list where you think there might be a few conversions, give this one a go.
