You're bidding for a Wordpress niche content blog. All content on this blog is 100% unique to the blog and I guarantee that.

    Content:
    There's a total of 5 articles @ 500 words average each. That's a total of 2,500 words.

    Traffic/Revenue:
Assume none. I have not monitored either. But based on rough estimation, there's about 150-200 unique visitors every month. It's growing though, so that's a positive point.

    Domain:
Top level domain, registered with Namecheap (free push to your account).

    Rights:
All content and rights will be transferred to you. This will be a one time sale only. I will never sell further copies of the content or any part of the site, in any way or form.

    Price:
The price for the site is $27 @ BIN. It's quite a steal considering the fact that it includes a domain too. And when you take into consideration that the content alone is worth $25 (at the industry going rate of $5 for each 500-word article) this is most definitely a very low priced bargain. There is no catch. It's simply a business model that I've just adopted and intend to continue (to indirectly promote my future portfolio, which in turn will be base for another project). So expect a few more sales of similar sites like these (yep, same cheap prices) in the coming days.

    Reserve/Bin:
The reserve is the same as the BIN price. Unfortunately, neither of those can go any lower as the price is already an insane bargain.

    After-Sales:
I'll give you the files and backup, etc. However, if you want me to transfer and set it up on your web host, I can do that for an additional $5.

This is the type of sale/bargain that you'll never come across anywhere else. And I stand by what I claim ;)
