One savvy investor will be receiving a fully automated, self-promoting, blog in the home improvement niche. The blog operates completely on it's own. The blog is installed on an aged, keyword-rich domain name.

I purchased the domain month's ago, but only in the last month got around to developing it, so this should be considered a new site. In spite of this, the domain is already receiving some search traffic and has several first page positions on Google. It is currently receiving 78% of it's traffic from search engines.

This blog is built to run all by itself...

Operating on the Wordpress blogging platform, and equipped with sophisticated automation technology, the blog literally auto-updates and auto-promotes itself, so you don't have to lift a finger. You have the option of letting the blog develop completely on it's own as a passive asset, or actively promoting the site to accelerate it's performance.

    Auto Blogging Features

    * Auto Posts Relative Articles
    * Auto Posts Relative RSS Feeds
    * Auto Posts Relative YouTube Videos
    * Auto Posts Amazon Product Descriptions
    * Auto Posts Relative Yahoo Answer Quesions

    Self Promoting Features

    * Auto Pings over 100 ping services
    * Automatically posts to Twitter after each post
    * Automatically initiates track backs on relative blogs
    * Auto-promotes at various social bookmarking sites
    * Social bookmarking buttons encourage visitors to promote your blog

    Content Management System

The blog was built using Wordpress, which means if you ever want to add any additional content you can do so by logging into the admin panel entering a title, article body, and tags into their respective fields, choosing (or creating) a category to post in and click "publish".

    Search Engine Optimization

In addition to the auto-promoting features, which take care of the off-page optimization by build back links that count toward link popularity and page rank, the blog has been throughly SEO'd for on-page optimization factors including:

    * Search Engine Friendly Theme: Many Wordpress themes contain messy code that interferes with the ability for search engine spiders to crawl your blog's pages. The current themes were carefully picked after meeting my strict SEO criteria.

    * SEO permalinks: Out of the box, Wordpress is not very search engine friendly due to the neutral nature of the url paths. I have restructured the permalinks to use the title of posts in the url, which should alway's contain content relative keywords.

    * All-In-One SEO Pack Plugin: The All-In-One SEO Pack plugin has been installed on each blog to optimize titles, meta tags, navigational links, and other components.

    * HTML And XML Sitemaps: Auto generated HTML and XML sitemaps make sure all your pages get found and indexed by the major search engines.
    * Privacy Policy. A privacy policy has been placed on the site to comply with Google Adense's policy, which requires a privacy policy.

    * Uniqifier Plugin: Uniqifier, a premium plugin that makes syndicated content appear unique to search engines, has been installed on each blog.

    * Virtual Robots.txt File: A virtual robots.txt plugin has been installed, and can be configured to restrict certain areas of your site from being indexed by search engines . This is useful for download pages, confirmation pages, or any other area that you don't want to the general public to have access to.

    * Page Load Optimizer: Slow loading pages affect search engine rankings. A plugin has been installed to help speed up page loading by generating static html files from your dynamic WordPress blog. After an html file is generated, your server will substitute the comparatively heavier and (slower to load) WordPress PHP scripts with the html file.

    Monetization

The site is monetized with Amazon products and Google Adsense. Amazon feeds are automatically posted as content with your affiliate links attached. When someone clicks on an Amazon product link and makes a purchase, you earn a commission on a high end appliance or whatever they end up purchasing after arriving on Amazon's site.

    Webhosting & Domain Name

The blog is registered at Godaddy (free push to another Godaddy account). It is hosted on my web server. You have the option of leaving the blog where it is ($24/year) or moving the site to a preferred web hosting server.

    Why I Am Selling

Because I want to make money. Just kidding. Actually I am not kidding...but I do have a better explanation for wanting to sell these web properties.

Similar to a property development company, my business strategy involves building brand new web properties, holding 50% percent of the sites for myself for long-term cash flow, and selling off the other 50% for short-term income.

I try to sell the properties as quick as possible after building them, so the new owner gets 100% of any equity to come within the first 3 to 6 month. This way, I attract short-term investers looking to flip in the near future, as well as long-term investers intending to hold.

This brings me to my next point...

Upon buying this web property, you can do either of the above. You can hold the property for long-term passive cash flow, or you can hang on to it short-term, let it's value build up autonomously, then sell it at a much greater profit at a later time collecting passive income from it in the meantime.

Don't let this one get away!
