Will want to have the entire script, logos, etc so that I can make changes if I want to.

Yes you can get the entire file either zip file, or allow you to access the server and get all the content of the site your self... as I said I can move the site to your server with the price I metioned ($35).

I can't sell the script alone unless you're willing to pay thesame price as the site.

For minimum of 10 sites you can take for $30

I guess so... because I created them my self

 

I will not be buying...35 bucks is a bit much for the sites.
