    Great niche site with many 1st page Google rankings!

    .org domain with full keyword in domain, these are hard to come by: http://www.outdoorspeakerwire.org

    This site is highly optimized with RSS feeds and google XML sitemaps which have been submitted to the search engines. I used this for some SEO testing, but haven't done much to monetize it. It makes $~10/month with adsense, but in the right hands you could easily make much more with little effort. There are tons of keywords you should be able to target with a bit of new content.

    First $75 takes it... Don't pass this up!
