    Great niche site with many 1st page Google rankings! That's 10 keywords on the first page of Google (see below).

    .com domain with full keyword in domain, these are hard to come by:
    http://www.joeyjordisondrumset.com/

    This site is highly optimized with RSS feeds and google XML sitemaps which have been submitted to the search engines. I used this for some SEO testing, but haven't done much to monetize it. It makes $6-10/month with adsense, but in the right hands you could easily make much more with little effort.


    First $60 takes it... Don't pass this up!
