    OK, this is the site:

See the exact match keyword volume:

The site has been live since the 11th of June, 2011. Month on month, the traffic has increased. Obviously, due to the anniversary and the release of 3D film both this month, the traffic has peaked. I'd expect the site to however continue to receive around 20-25k unique per month.

This is the monthly break-down of visits per month, to-date:

    • June: 124 visits
    • July: 146 visits
    • August: 145 visits
    • September: 408 visits
    • October: 677 visits
    • November: 1,711 visits
    • December: 2,290 visits
    • January: 12,086 visits
    • February: 18,254 visits
    • March: 34,768 visits
    • April: 81,446 visits (so far!)

The majority of the traffic is purely from organic search. I'd be happy to send over a list (exported from Analytics) of keywords that users have come to the site from, there's just over 1500 different keywords from when the site was launched (the majority of the keywords are simply mispellings of the main targeted phrase).

The above graph is an overview of the traffic sources from June to present date, let me know if you'd like a break-down of the sources per month.

The site has had quite a high natural social engagement:

    • 305 Facebook likes
    • 17 Tweets
    • 13 Google +1's - which is an achievement in it'self (who uses Google+!?)

The site has made £128.60 to date via Adsense (mainly over recent months). See the following screenshot (I would have included this as an image into the thread however for some reason there's a limit of 4 images per thread):

    http://themeauthor.com/adsense.png

This month, it's made £82.09 although that is due to the peak. Last month, it made £25.16, which is around the amount I'd expect it to continue to make per month; £20-30.

Please don't think that the site is ranking where it is due to the exact match domain. It helps however just to prove that it's not purely the exact match domain, view the .net version of this site; someone else tried to do the same and they're not ranking in the top 100.

The domain is registered at GoDaddy.com

I think I've covered everything now. Let me know if you have any questions at-all. I can transfer the site to your hosting if needed.

Make me an offer! I'd prefer offers via PM.

I've disclosed the site via an image for obvious reasons, please don't reference it (or the keywords that the site is targetting) in any replies to this thread.

Well I personally think that it's value is going to decrease in the next months again, the Titanic 3D movie isn't going to appear every ear. However this is my point of view.

Thanks themaniac, I agree, the traffic will be less in up-coming months than it has been for this month - it's peaked for two reasons as mentioned in the thread. The traffic will still however remain at a significant volume.

ha, there's more content in your listing here than in the whole site. lol

Anyway, you need to run a REAL auction here with a BIN/reserve/ etc because you will just get a bunch of wild offers. Someone pms you for 5$ another $100, another $300.

You need to sell this as fast as possible because if you can't sell it quick then the traffic and revenue will flop. Also, here's a question. Is the traffic and daily revenue flopping already?

Thanks however I'm in no rush to sell the site and I'm simply looking for offers, I don't want to be forced to sell at a low price if it doesn't get any bids.

The traffic and revenue won't "flop", it has obviously dipped from the peak however it isn't and won't flop (see the above screenshots, they show the stats to-date) ....

You can set a "reserve" which is the lowest amount that you will accept so you don't need to worry about the low price thing.

    What is the BIN?

As some one said you got the traffic peaking in last few days because of 2 reasons the first one is the release of Titanic movie in 3D and the 100 th anniversary of Titanic sinking. So naturally there was much buzz about the two in the media and many got curious to know about the sinking of Titanic.Hence more visitors to the site.Once it dies down the traffic will come back to normal.Just like if you build a site on say"winter Olympics 2010" ,do you think people will still search for it it 2012 ???

    He won't say the bin.
Your example is stupid because its based on a year. His domain is related to something that doesn't have a date so it won't go out of style in time.

Who ever holds this domain for another 100yrs is going to make a LOT of money. lol.

I've put in an offer anyway, who knows what its really worth though.

    Hi Kirch,
There is no BIN, I'm loking for $xxx offers though.

Yep (I was the one who said it :) ). The adwords keyword tool doesn't really take into account of spikes (to confirm, look at how many exact match searches the term is supposed to receive compared to how many visits the site has had this month (a site at #1 for a keyword doesn't receive 100% of the traffic, more around 40% on average).

I personally think that the figure within the adwords keyword tool is a fairly accurate picture for the future. In reply to whether people will be searching for it in future years, see Google trends for the keyword:

    http://bit.ly/ImimSn

Take the peak out and that'll be what I'd expect the trend to stay at.
