No theme will come with a guest blog post option. A theme might come with a few built in options as in multiple font colors to choose from, extra widges but not a option for guest blog posts. You have to set this up yourself. Create a page on your blog, write your sales pitch with guest post guidelines, edit your settings so members can register and submit a blog post for review. I agree with this one sir. It is better to create a page for guest posting. It is really effective like the one i have made in my blog. People are contacting me to post their articles P.S. You must show passion in your blog so that it will be attractive to authors to post on your blog.
You need to look around the web, there is quite no gust in WordPress, because its primary a blogging not a forum. but you can get a comment plugin called Disque. and add that to a page just to chat, you can log in though a lot of ways. but you might want to find a theme and do what i said. because if its possible it would cost money.
