Selling Nice web design site with good traffic and earnings

    Why are you selling this site?
    I was using it to drive traffic to it from social media and classified advertising. I moved on to a different site but still use this one every once in a while but not enough to just leave it sitting. I have a facebook account that goes with it that the account is a member of about 175 work from home groups that has a total of 3.3m members of those groups and I did some limited marketing using that account to drive some traffic.

    How is it monetized?
    Most of the money I have made has been from adsense. I did put some peerfly cpa offers for fiverr.com on it a couple days ago but have not really done anything to market them yet. The site has done a total of $2400 in revenues from adsense since April. When you are not doing any marketing it will do $40 to $50 a month and when marketing it will do $500 to $700. I do not buy any traffic or have any overhead other than hosting. I never installed google anayltics until about two months ago but you can see the adsense stats and I can send someone a log in to view the stats. It did $140 last month but I didnt do much with it then.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    Yes one facebook account that I used to market in groups and is a member of 175 groups that has a total of 3.3m members and are all work at home related.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    I do not spend any time on the site now. When I was really marketing it I would spend 30 to 45 mins a day on it.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    There is not really any challenges but it is a good site for someone just looking for a small project.
