Even I have seen people saying that. In my opinion, number of ads should not affect CPC. CPC depends on how much advertiser pays.
i forgot about this post... lol, sorry.. sorry, can't share the site (you know, protect the investment and all) all i can say is that it's a micro niche with about 3000 global searches (EXACT) and medium competition.. the site is about 2 months old now and is on the 1st page of google when you search the exact keywords. Here are the averages for this site for July 1 - July 13: Page Impressions: between 1900 to 2100/day Clicks: between 9 - 11/day CPC: $0.90 - $1.25 CTR: about half a percent anyway, i guess it was a fluke... i don't see the $6 click anymore! lol
useless?? LOL!! $300 a month for a 2 month old website? well, I wouldn't call that USELESS, that's for sure
Really that is very encouraging to some people like me whose highest click pay only $0.12 . I am looking forward for a day when i will get $2 pay per click.
This is what I have learned in the past months and what I have been implementing: - Keyword Research (I think this is the most important part in setting up your micro niche site) - SEOC (SEO Competition) - Domain Name Research - Implementing the website with high CTR wordpress template - Post Unique content (I have a guy from here that writes for me unique articles) - Backlinks I know I am not making as much as the other guys here at DP but I think I am finally learning and I am not doing so bad... give me a couple more years and I should be retiring... LOL
Nice! My highest was around $8. It happened at like 4am and was one of the first clicks of the day, it makes you feel good .
