    It is good that you have emailed them. When something like this happens it is always best to email them. At the end of the day, Google maybe very busy, but at least they can see that you are honest. This is very important, if you didn't email them then they may have thought that you are either doing it or have implemented something so that you can try and fraud their Adsense system.

    At the end of the day a simple email is not harmful and if your account did get banned from this it would be you loosing out more than what Adsense most probably would.

    I have a huge jump clicks last saturday. I sent an email to the support team and got a reply on Monday. Everything is OK, but I need to make it sure.

    Yep! better safe than sorry.

    what they need to do is get the IP of the click-ee and ban them from google... so they get banned from running adsense, banned from running adwords, and their sites removed from the SE. Most of these people are probably webmasters - your competitors.
