    I am looking to sell a small site which makes good money from adsense. It gets 19000 UP per month and 90% traffic from Search Engine. Running cost is nothing. It ranks on 1st spot for few high number of searches keyword for example "Cool Nicknames" according to adwords it gets 78000 searches per month and it rank on 1st spot for this.
    Looking to sell it quickly need some urgent fund. Attached screenshot of Traffic and Adsense

    Do you spend time on SEO and link building? How much time do you spend on the site per month? I see people can add nick names, is this process automated?

    Traffic is stable from many months because of good ranking. People can add nick names currently all nick names approved manually otherwise it will fill with spammed nick names.
