Hi everyone, I have a surveys site which has decent design and a good sales pitch, but it's just not making any money. I have tried PPC and lost money, even after tweaking campaigns, working with an adwords specialist. It appears that PPC just doesn't work with survey sites. I'd like to ask the true experts on this forum what is the correct advertising media for a Survey Site such as this one? Spending money is not a problem as long as I bring in more than what I pay out in advertising Please don't suggest "try social bookmarking, directory submission, article submission, forum posting, etc." I've been on the forum for some time and I've read that advice about a thousand times now Thanks!
Just a tip, fix your link "Click here to pay: $59.95" to actually link to the join now page and not just "#". Try skipping the whole enter coupon to save 50% and just link directly to the sign-up page. Also, survey sites are in a tough market. You should try CPA networks like XY7.com or Affiliate.com. Do you offer an affiliate program? This would really help drive traffic to your site. Clickbank already has a built in affiliate program. Maybe even put a link in the footer of your site advertising your affiliate program.
I agree with paradigmad . Linking with any affiliate marketplace will help you grow your website revenue. My tip is that please don't use coupon for 30% discount, just offer this discount when some one leaving your page, in a dialogue box or chatting dialogue box. create fields for email and full name. and offer any free offer or guidance for free, just by providing email and full name. In this way you will be able to motivate them throw promotional emails. and you will also be able to have a huge list of emails. you may also offer 20% discount on your website, if some one will not make any order then send him promotional email after some period with 10% special discount. At the end you have your own point of view, it's just my suggestion. All the best......
Hi, heres a tip I've learned in my supercash training. since you offer a coupon, do a google search for all the coupon sites, like retailmenot, etc. There are hundreds if not thousand of coupons sites, where you can advertise your site, by offering your coupon code which will drive customers to your site. Shoppers love a discount. As long as you have a product or service and a website, you will approved by most if not all of the coupon sites. If you're going to use affiliates, you will have to make it worth their while to promote your site. Have you tried lead generation? Set up several capture or squeeze pages, giving away something free, relating to your site, to build a list. Then once you have your list, build a relationship, then sell your membership. Something free could be an ebook, a survey guide, explaining: - Why companies will pay for your opinion. - Tips to make your survey taking experience a success. - How to find the best paid survey sites. - How much money you can make participating in paid surveys. Make that information into a ebook with a nice cover, include a link back to your website, and give it away. Or! this is where the affiliates can come in and make it viral for you. Instead of giving the ebook away, make it about 30 some pages, price it at $7, then you can offer your affiliates 100% commissions, to sell it for you. that is a big incentive, and your site will go viral fast! You would do a little promoting of the ebook yourself at first, so when potential affiliates read the ebook, they'll see your offer, and it will take off from there. To put that into place, you can use the $7 secrets script. I'm sorry I was so longwinded, but, I hope this helps, to some degree. Much success
Hi there, thank you for responding, I do participate in the Clickbank affiliate program, I think all clickbank merchants do. I even had two affiliate sales. What can I do in addition to this with respect to affiliate programs? I have filled out an inquiry at affiliate.com, will see what they say. Is buying text links for this site a good idea? If so, what is the best source of text links?
