Nice SEO PR3 bluray technology site - auction starting at $1

I have a nice site here for sale that I have developed with a great domain, unique web design and content, I have got the domain ranked with page rank by SEO and back links but have not yet tried to make any money with it.

My general web site philosophy is to establish a site first and then add the links and ads into the site. I think the site is ready to generate revenue but am looking for add some funds to my budget for some other under developed sites, I think the new owner can easily add the links and ads and start brining in funds.
