Why is that? It's only a couple of sigs. It was an expired domain that probably is getting some old traffic. Look around and see, this is a pretty good deal if you're wanting an already working recipe site.

 

the site is not indexed by Google or MSN. The only backlinks listed are in MSN, which total 3 forums where the site is for sale.

 

Hello, I feel you have taken my post the wrong way. I wasn't trying to bash you, rather I just wanted to point out to you that you're price was at a bit of a premium considering you are selling multiple copies of a site with no apparent plans of stoping any time soon.

You also failed to mention that in your sales thread so thanks but I'll choose not to keep that to myself as it's something potential buyers need to know.

Good luck with your sale and you just lost a buyer.

If you are going to sell a site, dont be sneaky about it. Its things like this that a unexperienced site builder wouldnt notice.

I originally posted that this was NOT a unique site, this is exactly why I reposted. My god, try and find a new site that is hand coded and a unique design and see how much you're gonna pay. Either make an offer or get lost.
