    This is a nice looking free template site. It has over 100 templates available for Drupal, Wordpress, Blogspot, CSS and more. It has a real page rank of 2.

    The site runs on Wordpress for easy updating.

    The domain name is registered at Godaddy and I will push it to your account. The name expires in a couple of days, so please take that into consideration.

    I am open to offers and am looking for a quick sale. I will accept offers starting at $10.

    The site has had zero promotion and I do not have time to do anymore work on it. It has had some decent traffic in the past. In Nov it had 693 visits and 400 unique. In Dec it had 485 visits and 271 unique.

    This site is full of potential. It easy to update and only takes a few minutes. There are literally tens of thousands of potential templates to add to your site. You can have never ending content, quickly and for free!
