    Alright Everyone,

    Since DP was down for hours yesterday, I was not able to close the contest, and anounce the winner.

    After much consideration, and thought throughout the many possible design choices I have decided to go with the design created by "coolwanz"

    I thank everyone who took part in this contest, and have made a small note for a select few, in case I need design done that would accomidate their style.

    I appoligize for the mis-understanding. I just didn't know how to say it. I meant, no animation (.gif) on header design. I was looking for a Static design.
