    I was going to use for the site by using eBay Partner Network, but I can't register there because I live in country where eBay Partner Network does not accept registrations.

    If you look at the Google SERP, with the keywords cheap used phone with more than 40 million results.

    You can also see on Google Insight Search look for cheap used phone in the last 12 months. Many searches in United States.

    I will sell to highest bidder within 24 hours starting from the current.
