I see you opened two tickets #234455 and #793829 of which the first ticket was answered in 21 Minutes and the second one was answered in 7 minutes. It's really sad to see such a rating and feedback from you. We use cPanel, the most commonly used Control Panel and have one of the best response times and still you seem to be unhappy for something else. Also the server you are hosted on is never down for last 6 months. We would have been more happy to answer your questions or issues had you submitted a ticket instead of submitting negative feedback. If this was in error, please edit your feedback or contact us if you are still not satisfied with our services genuinely. EDIT : It's really disheartening to see that you have not even updated your domain name servers to the ones mentioned in our welcome email and have posted a negative iTrader. This means you are never accessing our servers when you are acessing your domain.

This is because our support desk is hosted on a different server from the server your websites are hosted on. Please check the uptime of the server you are hosted on. This means the server was never down or anything related to performance but the next possibility would be your IP getting blocked in our firewall either for incorrect log in attempt or anything else. Also if the server you are hosted on goes down for 30 minutes every day, we would have seen a lot of tickets and complaints here on DP from many clients and even more important than that we would have a notice of service failure in 10 seconds at any point of time from our proactive server monitors.
