I am looking to sell this Michael Crabtree fan site. Crabtree is currently a rookie (once he signs) for the San Francisco 49ers. He's a diva type wide receiver like Terrell Owens, which means he's gets a lot of searches. He could be a super star in a year or two.

This fan site is ranked on page 1 for "michael crabtree" and has been since I launched the site back in May 2008. The blog has lately been generated dozens of comments per post, you can see the last two or three posts have 25+ comments each. The site definitely gets way more action during football season.

-Install a new wordpress theme with better graphics
-improve adsense positions
-capture emails
-sell merchandise through affiliate programs
