Why are you selling this site?
I am selling the sites, because I do not have time to take care of them or manage them.

    How is it monetized?
I currently use Revenue Hits Advertisements.

Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    Twitter @nflanytime
    Facebook Account

How much time does this site take to run?
Verry little Currently but To build it the site will take mre time to run but can generate hundreds if not thousands of Dollars in revenue per month.

What challenges are there with running this site?
I am having an issue with Spam on the Forum, I am unsure why it is happening but I delete the spam usually one time a day.

The Auction no only includes nflondemand.co but its sister site's nflondemand.net and nflanytime.com. Currently nflondemand.co is the autoblogger, nflondemand.net is the Forum, and nflanytime forwards to nflondemand.co.

If you have any Questions please feel free to ask.

I am unsure of the Current Visiter count per month but can pull up awstats, and webalizer stats for you.

You love using trademarks in your domain for some reason.

Also, it seems to be using an RSS feed or something to take content directly from NFL.com - I use to own an NFL related site (With NFL in the url) and was contacted by them as taking content via RSS feed from their site is for non-commercial use only. There view of commercial is having any advertising on the page.

Do you have written permission from NFL.com to be using this content or have you paid to use it?

I will have to look at the Feeds, I though I only had them coming from news sources not the nfl site directly. But Either way I could also just remove the ads.

Why would someone buy a site that can't be monetized?

You can, Memberships, and also if you do not have an rss feed from nfl.com then you can have ad's I removed the rss feed from nfl.com and that should fix the issue.
