    It could be tomorrow........or it could be the end of May..........nobody knows because its a random event.

    Even the folks at Google don't have a clue! (even Matt Cutts has no idea when)

    I'm pretty sure Matt Cutts knows something :)
    Anyway... the next PageRank update should be March - April...
