Who will replace George Burley as Scotland boss after he was sacked yesterday? I don't think any manager will even get scotland up to those top ranks. Thankfully I gave up in following football a few years back.
Fifth manager in six years- speaks quite a bit about the state of the national team. Walter Smith ( Smith's contract at Ibrox expires in January( and Souness would be obvious choices, but they have said they are not interested. That leaves us with John Collins, Craig Levein, Billy Davies, Jimmy Calderwood, Gary McAllister, Joe Jordan and Darren Ferguson. A long list that one- but the SFA are not in any hurry to name Burley's successor.
Well I will go fancy with Darren Ferguson as he is free now and he is young and also sacked as Peterborough manager. What you say guys?
It will be interesting to see, I'm not sure really... But Craig Levein and Duncan Ferguson might be good options.
