Next PR update

Well, my new site was launched just as the PR update began, not giving my site any time to get a PR via SEO.

Anyways I read something on here that Google has no exact dates, just time frames.

Any idea how many months until the next update? No one will buy my ads cuz I have no PR even though I get 400+ unique a day since opening. =(

 

No one but google knows. Probably 3-4 months.

 

PR doesn't depend on how much traffic you get.
I guess the next update will be in 80-100 days.

 

Thanks. I saw that google PR update thread had a (Q1) in the title. Does that mean first quarter? I don't think so since its the middle of the year but j/w

There is no need to start a new thread for asking same question.

And PR update has just finished. You have so much time till next update takes place, around 3 months from now.

 

What I meant by that is people don't care that I have decent traffic for a new site. They see no PR and refuse to buy ads.

 

There is nothing you can do but wait. "When is the next PR update" is one of the most hated questions on DP. You can use the search feature to get all the information you'll ever need about future google PR updates.

i think, DP has to put some restriction to post a new thread by user. like one user post 1 - 5 threads max. so people start putting quality thread due to limitation.

Only Google knows when the next PR update will be. Anyway, usually, google update PR after 3-4 months.

 

My PR is 2, now i only get 20 unique visitor perday.

 

I noticed that the Google PR timeline varies sometime 6 months or so, other times 3-4 months. I guess only Google knows.

The last PR update was 24 - 25 July 2008.. on average the PR update is quarterly.. but dont fuss about PR its over rated as a means of website traffic..

focus more on getting good rankings in SERPS.. SERPS = traffic.. PR = bragging rights..

 

Success someone knows something. PR is just a bedtime snack.
