Next Pr Update Is..

    Guys from what i hear, the next pr update is to be in jan, but who knows. I was reading something on matt cutts.

    No it's not, January is just a prediction based on Google doing TBPR updates every 3 months. In fact they went over a year without a proper update. Based on that the next PR update could be Sept. 2007.

    Then again, with Google you never know, so just don't hold your breath.

    I don't think even Google knows. I think they come into work one slow day and run out of things to do so they do a TBPR update to kill some time.

    it has been regular now for a few years and its run on 3-4 month intervals.
    Last update was sept 28th 2006 so it will be somtime in january as far as i know.

    I was wondering.

    There should be a betting type deal on these pr updates.

    Like horseracing. You bet on a horse, and if it wins, u get money.

    So u put your money on an update date and if it happens, u win money.

    Although it could be perceived as spam because someone here asks almost every week -

    I do have to admit its fun to discuss the suspense of an upcoming PR update. Especially if you have been paying attention to this topic and understand that its probably going to happen within the month or next few weeks.

    It would be great if PageRank update as frequent as Alexa, you don't see much "when will alexa update" threads right?
    Although PageRank aren't really matters, but I'm still excited when it updates.
