I heard that there will be a Google PageRank update in mid-september. If it ever happens, i think this will be the longest gap in PageRank update since Google last updated their PageRank around early April. What do you guys think? Would there not be a PageRank update?
Only big G knows. And they don't care to share exact date. Just concentrate on link building for your sites thats all. DON.
There's no point speculating lol, you will always hear pointless rumours from people that claim to have reliable sources. It's all bulls-...
Must not be the longest gap. In fact, the longest gap should be the one in last year which it was 6 months between the 2 updates.
I think will happen in a week. because from what I saw, they seems sort out all datacenter issue on caffeine update
I dont think so google PR updates in every 3months and I got my site PR updates 1 month ago is it going to happen again in 1 month
The last major PR update took place only in the first week of April and never after that. You must be mistaken in your observation as your site must have just seen a change from N/A to 0 and no real PR update. Regards, RightMan
There was a series of small PR updates that occurred in June and July. These seemed to mostly affect domains that had been recently registered. For the sake of discussion, most people do not consider these to be the update. It doesn't count as a full update unless established websites report a change.
I can second that on the June and July tiny shift in PRs of sites because I have a lot of new sites which have good PRs and they have been built within the last 1-2 months
I am still waiting for update.. My Page Rank is still 0 from last last update. Google please update it now
Google has really not adhered to their past schedule for PR updates so anythng your heard (unless it was from someone like Matt Cutts) is nothing more than supposition.
Google usually update PR every 4 month or so, i think and hope it will happen soon (in a week maybe?)
Does it really matter when it gets updated? Why is everyone still obsessed with pagerank? What's more important is where your site is in the SERP's every time it gets indexed.
