As a general rule it use to be about every 3 months but recently it has become totally unreliable prediction wise,so these days as the Kudos of a high PR is not as good as it once was i only am realy bothered in the amount of visitors to the sites these days.
let page rank burn in hill. i got PR 4 in ONLY 3 months lat update and what i got ???? visitors ----no change revenue----- less than usual And a ton of spammers comments that takes me 20 min a day to filter, so i will be very happy to go back to PR0 days and save my precious 20 min/ day that i spend reading shit about Viagra and wight loss.
20mns a day? That's a lot of spam. If you have a wordpress blog, you could let Akismet do the job for you instead!
Google says it updates PR a few times per year. I don't know where the number "3 months " comes from though.
I think it would be in the month of April-2010 (1-10). Hope I will get more greens for my blogs as I am updating them regularly.
grrrrr are you still speaking about pr. it doesn't matter you won't get more visitors or more money after the update even if you got pr7. regular update matters, keyword selection and niche selection matters, relevant back links matters ads optimization matters every thing else is a complete waste. even the aging factor that people used to keep in equation i think it is fake also. it is all that older websites have a longer time to build good relevant links on a pages that become important time after time. end of stroy
PR might be a "dead man walking" but it still polarizes us all... The people that sell text links love it , as do the spammers but I do agree its had its day. The trouble is what will they replace it with?
the last PR update was in January and I think they update every 3 months but still I'm not sure about it..
