Just sent this message to senior staff, Dear Sir/Madam, I am xxxxxx and I run a small sole proprietorship firm out of India. And I thank Paypal for great platform for small companies like us. Now I am not sure if are aware of problem that plenty of small companies like us are facing at the moment. Indian Government issues PAN card for us to run the business and pay taxes.. Now if you have sole proprietorship company you don't need seperate PAN card. You can use your individual PAN card for tax purposes etc. Now it seems you may have checked My PAN card against my company name and no wonder it was mismatch and you were not able to verify it. I have called the customer support number, they were very polite but I think they are not aware of urgent nature this problem. It has totally affected our business. I am requesting you to please escalate this issue and sort it this out as soon as possible Thanks
Good News!! Today i call 6 times to pay-pal but on 6th call after talking them 65mins. my account is working fine now. Only the message shows on my account Enter the valid PAN. This message will be remove in next 24-72 hours and this is not affected on my account. Its an technical issue. All you need to do is call them.
I called them 3 times today and every time I got an answer the same answer: "We're aware of this issue and will get it fixed soon. There is no timeline for this. It may take up to 30 days."
Why is every caller geting different response. WebMasterDriver gets his account restored in no time after a call, JoomlaDesigner is told it may take upto 30 days and I was told 3-5 days blah blah. why are they so inconsistent. Btw I just emailed their CEO. Sometimes CEO's are great guys and have no idea whats going on. I had somethings similar with Reliance Communication and had emailed Anil Ambani, and I got call from his secretary in 2 days and my issue was resolved on phone.
I think they have informed their representative not to give any timeline. One of my friend who recently opened a new account at PayPal 2 weeks ago. He opened a premium account and still after 15 days, he is waiting for paypal regarding his PAN verification. He called them about 8-10 time and everytime caller told he will accelerate the issue and His Pan card will be verified within 48 hours but when called today morning, guy told him there is no timeline regarding Pan verification. He started his new business so really in big trouble due to this F**king paypal. Don't know what's going on... Really Fed Up!
Business, Premium, Personal every accounts are affected mate but randomly, not all. Some of my friends are using fake Pan card numbers like AAABB8898C but still their accounts not limited.
Still waiting for their reply, its really hurting my business. I dont know what db they are using to verify our PAN numbers?
Hey guys I just received an email from PayPal that I can receive funds. The account is back to normal. I tried to login but it still says enter vaid Pan else everything is sorted I guess.

Got the below mail just now - You can now receive payments into your PayPal account. Your information will be stored in our secure servers. Your PayPal balance is auto withdrawn daily. When you receive payments and it is available as balance in your PayPal account, it is automatically withdrawn to your local bank account in India. This auto withdrawal happens daily. Cool. I will call them today. Sine my business account was limited, I went and opened a new premier account in my name and PAN and it has got verified now.
F***! They restore my account already yesterday. But Today I got mail again from PAYPAL Your PayPal account has been limited from receiving payments Totally Frustrated from PAYPAL.... Shit on PayPal!!
Problem solved i got mail just 45 minutes ago saying that "You can now receive payments into your PayPal account" As that error message is still there "The PAN you provided was found to be invalid after verification. Please add a valid PAN" But when i chick to lease add a valid pan" Here the status: Your PAN is: BXXXXXXXXG Status: Verification successful.
I also open new premier account. Can I add the same Bank a/c which was add in my old pay-pal account. It shows me an error What you did please let me know. Thanks.
