Please check Date of Birth in Paypal does that match with Date of Birth on your PAN

I had a incorrect DOB retified it

 

Same guys , Correct pan being termed invalid.

 

After Rectifying your DOB does it work now..?

 

Same issue here.
I file income tax on that PAN number and even my company account has that PAN number attached in the Bank. There are no issues at all with it. Now paypal thinks it is an issue

Might apply for a business PAN number urgently.

Paypal is still telling me to change to new PAN where else my old pan is still the correct one.

Have you checked if your PAN DOB & Paypal DOB Matches ?

 

Not sure if this is a solution at the moment. Considering it will take quiet a while to get one and then again get it approved with PayPal. The limited account status will affect BIG time during this period.

 

i cant find option to change birth date even i cant see my already entered birth date anywhere in profile section

 

When you have added your PAN with Your Paypal account. It was old or newly attached?

DOB was correct. I dont think DOB is the cause. Anyhow will call and ask.

Need to move away , or find a American partner . Cant have account limited for no reasons.

One after another paypal keeps giving some kind of headache once in a while and they find some kind of pleasure in doing that.

I believe they are matching the business account with the list provided to them by Income Tax, well Income Tax authorities have not got their act together in day to day tasks i dont know what they might have provided. However, if we can tell the facts to them i assume paypal should be able to solve the issue. I believe all Indians doing business with a business account will need to do this as they have limited all the account with this measure. Someone needs to educate these (ignorant) guys in paypal that taxation rules can be different in different countries, in India one is allowed to do business under ones own PAN number if the business is sole proprietorship, you dont need to register a company and Internet Marketing is more or less still a one man show in 90% cases and this rule is applicable there, well paypal will see that this is going to hit their own bottomline within the announced 4-5 days.

Thanks to google, at least they have not added paypal as an option to receive adsense payments, at least i can pay next month salaries to my staff, will have to find another alternative meanwhile.

 

Thats true , I have a Verified Business A/c , but this early morning , I got the same notification from Paypal regarding INVALID PAN , though my PAN is LEGITIMATE & VALID.

Have sent an mail to the paypal support & waiting for the response.

But the issue is , its weekend over here & the paypal guys are offline on their call support , so having trouble receiving funds.

Anyway lets wait for the next 3 - 4 days to get it resolved.

 

I already emailed them today that I had been filing my Income tax from last 4 or 5 years with same PAN card which is on my personal name and not on my business name.

There is an option too of Sole Proprietorship and that is what I have selected.

They should check this types of accounts bit differently and not try to match the business name with the name on the PAN card.

Another issue happened with me. What to do now?

I already added my PAN card in PayPal Business a/c but after 4 days verification I got email:

“Your PAN was found to be invalid after verification”

It cause PayPal account has been limited from receiving payments.

Now can anybody tell me where I contact to PayPal through email? I have not seen any option regarding to this issue.
