Hi,

As per PayPal Pan Validation means,

You Pan Name should match your Bank Account Name.

First you know the exact PAN Card Name details.

Go to below link.

Try to register your PAN number, It will ask your details.

It will validate your First name and middle name and Surname.

Why I am asking here, As per my Pan Printed name 'T Subb Lusk Roa'

I thought My surname is 'T', Middle name is 'Subb Lusk' and last name 'Roa'

It did not match to incomtax dept database. I tried with different first name and surname.

As per incomtax dept, My first name is 'Tim'(Full name of surname), and middle name is 'Subb Lusk' and surname is 'Rao'

I dont know How come it is.

Once you find the your correct information, please update Business name as per your name details, and contact the PayPal and ask them to remove your bank account and re add your bank account.

Please allow 48 hours to re validate your PayPal account.

Even though you have just 3 post count, you have provided people with a pretty BASIC BUT VERY USEFUL information

Thought it is not of much use to me, THIS SURELY WILL BE AND SHOULD be used by people to verify any name, surname and middlename ( Mainly the 3 or more word name guys
WILL DEFINITELY cut the MISUNDERSTANDINGS and more DELAYYY with SHITPAL !

 

Btw...one thing i noticed is that, after i added my bank a/c again (as they removed it coz name was not matching), i have got 2 deposits in my a/c via paypal, which are of Rs 1.06 and Rs 1.11 , both on the next day i added the bank a/c. and the Narration were like this

I have replaced few digits with xxx for security purpose u knw

These are bank verification deposits. Every time one will enter a new bank account or a new PAN, they will be seen in your account (I have a lot of them ... become a millionaire due to these deposits )
This is the latest shit from "SHITPAL"..

 

Today it will be 14 days...since the shit has happened...called them up again today...and i was told that some review will be there...i dont know wtf was that....why they taking such a hell lot of time and screwing us up

 

Instead of calling them, contact via twitter, i was also frustrated by calling them daily for 10 days, nothing happened same old excuse "still under review" but when i contacted them via twitter, then they took the action and replied me via email.

After pan card/ID verification they restore my account but I lose $500 money and 50 new orders

I just get a email that now Indian can receive/send $3000 money in one transaction(Limit increase)

Neither Google Checkout is available for India nor Paypal is accepting the PAN !!! strange case...

 

I am still stucked up for 40 Days. Customer Care says under Review. While I add the PAN Card, It says Add a New One and not the Existing One. We have only one PAN Unique per Person. Twitter guys are not really helpful.

 

add a fake one and delete that after 4-5 days and re add the correct one.

To Put the PAN Number in Lower Cases and It got Accepted!

 

So the name of the Bank Account (which is linked to PayPal), the name of the PayPal Account and the Name in the PAN card all MUST be the same?

That means Paypal is not quite sure about how the PAN Card thing works!

 

yes he too adviced me for lowercase letters and still waiting for approval from 5 days but the problem was going more than 30 days.

If paypal verifies in the following style -

Bussiness name = account name = pan card name => account verified.

So, accounts of sole properitor will not be verified bcz the Pan card name is not same as bussiness name.


Then should we set up a personal account in paypal & then receive payments on this account....
IS IT LEGAL TO RECEIVE BUSSINESS PAYMENTS through a PERSONAL ACCOUNT ?

I am facing same problem on income tax site my pan card is showing exact name and same as i specified in the paypal but still paypal is saying its not valid although it was once verified

Luckily i received a response from them yesterday. They told that -

The verification of your PAN will be completed if the name on your bank, PAN card and PayPal account are all the same.

But this verification will never happen in case of propertior firm. Because the bank account name is on the bussiness name & the PAN card name is on the personal name.

But how to convince PAYPAL people ? Paypal people should have been done HOMEWORK before validating a PAN no.

We all are talking that Paypal will verify the account only if -
Bussiness Name = PAN card Name = Bank account Name = SAME.

But how to tell paypal people that this is not the case with Bussiness of sole propertior ?

AND WHAT WE SHOULD DO TO RESTORE OUR ACCOUNT TO RECEIVE FUNDS ?

Should i change my Business name (to my personal name), add a personal account (in the name of Ashish Bhosale) & then add a personal PAN Card No (in the name of Ashish Bhosale) so that PAYPAL verifies my business account.

But is it correct to provide a personal account & run a business account with PAYPAL ??
