One of the best ways to decide if your account is limited or not just ask some one to send u payment. If you receive the payment it will clearly suggest your account is restored.
Just got a phone call from paypal The lady assured me that everything is working fine and the account is fully restored now Very happy to see it working again as it was working in past
PayPal started responding emails now that I sent before 4-5 days. Reason for late reply is System upgrade like my students gave reason of tyre puncture for coming late in class. Lol
I assume you have send an email to their support on the day of limitation itself, because i did so and did not even call them, though i received the account restoration mail yesterday itself, i also got a reply to my support ticket today, for those of who yet to receive account restoration, i am posting this: So send a support mail to them and wait for them to respond, they will, after all your business generated is their business too, how can they hit their own bottomlines.
There seems to be a delay with withdrawals too. The withdrawals of 13th and 15th Sep are still pending though paypal shows it to have been completed, while one withdrawal of 14th Sep has been credited into my account, will wait for one more day, else i will have to raise a support ticket, though i dont want to load the already overloaded paypal support
my account has been restored. but after login i am getting this error : We could not verify your PAN. Please enter a valid PAN and make sure your PayPal account name matches the name on your PAN card. To change your name, please contact us Anyone having similar issues ?
Ignore that, i have been advised so by the paypal team, read my post above here You can do business as usual, though withdrawals seems to be taking more time than usual.
I've the same problem. On Pan card page, it is showing me Pan Card verification successful but my account is still limited and on front page, they are asking me to add a correct PAN. For a try, I asked one of my client to send me a small payment but it did not go through. It ended up with error saying: “This recipient is currently unable to receive money.â€
Lols that enough now, i got same problem yesterday my account working fine but again hold on one payments.
Still no news for me. Account is still limited. They have not responded back to the 4 emails I sent through web form. Yesterday their customer care executive told me that the problem will resolved by today morning. But nothing happened. How long will I have to wait?
Same for me.. Called them again and guy told me it can't give any timeline. It may take 20-25 days...
Can't wait for more... I already told my clients to use wire transfer, western Union, Xoom for making payments and they do it as I will be sharing their half fees. But my $$$$ are stucked with PayPal which I can't withdraw due to limitations.
