~!@###^ Next Big Thing - Need One Partner (web Designer/progammer) ^##@!~

I've stumbled on an idea that will no doubt make it BIG. However, having no idea how to make a website, I need a partner to help me. You must:

- Live in the USA
- Be willing to sign a NDA
- Have experience in web design, programming, etc.
- Have experience with CPA and PPI
- Some marketing knowledge

well I can do web design and I live in the USA but I don't know what a NDA is or CPA or PPI

 

NDA = Non-disclosure agreement.
CPA might mean book keeping and accounting (??)
PPI =

 

CPA - Cost per action, also known as pay per action
PPI - pay per install

I would prefer some knowledge of these.
