Check out my sig link for alternatives. What kind of site do you have? Some work better for certain sites in my opinion...

You might want to try Bidvertiser.
But to be honest there is nothing that comes close to Adsense. It is the best.

I would go with bidvertiser for those sites and maybe include som CJ as well. Adbrite is better if you get tons of traffic. but if the traffic is low try those other ones. And maybe use the inter ads for adbrite or the inline text from adbrite... Just check tos with whatever you use so you know if you can use them all together..
    Good Luck

Hi - If you're in the UK you can't use Yahoo ( YPN ) so for contextual advertising Google Adsense IS the best option. Other than that look at Kontera and also consider CPA networks.

ROI wise if you can align yourself with the right offers you'll find CPA is a serious consideration outside of Adsense ( why aren't you using Adsense?? )

YPN is going to be your best bet. Honestly - after YPN you'll be making less than 1% of what you would be making with adsense on there. Trust me.
