    I've only ever worked with Aweber so I dont know about other companies.

    there are a bit cheaper newsletter sites that offer the service for $10. aweber is an autoresponder that sends out msg at a given time, and there are others that can do the same if not better for about $10 or so. If you are looking for just one time send outs, then you can find newsletters script on the internet for free and run them on your own domain, this way you can just send when you have something new to share.

    You have to do a search, and find what you like the most. if you want a custom
    newsletter, then place a bid on RAC. these days, a newsletter script can be
    made fairly cheap.

    It allows me but I have some problems with instaling it will figure it out,1 question,how that newsletter will look like like the button sign up or somekinda of pop-up window?

    Hm, try using "poMMo". It's a free PHP mailing software. Note that your webhost might not like it, but I haven't had any trouble. Check it out, it's worth it.

    Thanks guys my hosting service is HostGator,I think it will allow because it offers free instalation of php list thru cpanel
