We have newsletter members. And we are sending them newsletter every week. But last mail went to spam/junk folder. What can i do for mail goes to inbox again?
I think you need to do one of a couple of things: 1. Is your IP or domain blacklisted anywhere? 2. Anaylse the body text and subject fields as something in there is getting picked up by the filters. Wanna indepth answer, post the letter here so we can all see
1. No, it isn't. Mails have gone to inbox in the beginning. My last mail has gone to spam. 2. I have checked my mail's spam score with mail checker. And it says excellent(1). We are sending a mail over thousand members at the same time.
