    Hello All,

I am thinking to send newsletter about my company on weekly basis but don't know who to target first. I have no idea about email marketing. Can you all please help me about email marketing? How can I collect emails of relevant customers? Any worthy idea shared will be highly appreciated. After all " Sharing is caring"
    :D

A good way to collect emails is to offer something to your readers for free, in exchange for them giving you their email address. I don't know what your company is about, but for example you can have an email optin box on the side where you offer your readers a free high-value report if they sign up for your list. You then deliver the report and continue to send them emails at your chosen intervals.

If it's more for news/site updates like you mentioned, you can look into RSS feeds, as well.

I think you should tell something about your business if you want to get wholesome advice. Generally you should attract users by publishing interesting content. If so, people will be happy to leave you their emails to get news from you. By the way - interesting news.

you can either purchase the email list from third party or collect email list by yourself .
At 1st you need a email marketing system that allow you to store the email list in the system and blast your newsletter in future.
Most of people write a blog or article and sharing some useful information, in order to get full of the article or information , they do need to subscribe your newsletter.
When the beginning you must give something free or exchange in order to get them to sign up your newsletter.

I agree with both, this is, of course if you would want to collect the emails manually. Offer some free relevant information as bait, then if they want to get more, they can provide you their emails so you can continue supplying them with content.

Another good way to get people to sign up is with either a poll, questionnaire or a prize give-away. I don't know what your company does so I don't know which one would be best, but if you ask them to fill out their name and email for one of those 3 things then you can add a check box that says "Yes, I want to continue receiving email information from you." Don't forget to always have an unsubscribe email at the bottom of every email you send.
