Hi guys, just wanted to let you know about this change in YSM. In the upcoming weeks Yahoo is going to change the way it deals with minimal bids. So far the minimal bid was $0.10 for every keyword. From now on Yahoo is going to calculate a minimal bid for every keyword separately. It means that the minimal bid can be lower or higher than $0.10. Yahoo is talking about some kind of quality score (counting your CTR etc. - similar to how Google is dealing with minimal bids). How do you think this will affect marketers? I also received the mail that bid can be lower or higher than 10 cent. Yahoo wants to make it like Google Adword so that we can bid as per our desire.
