    This is a new website. There is no income. There is too little traffic to bother sending traffic stats (10 visits per day) so please don't ask for traffic stats and revenue stats despite the statements that there is none. The site is too new to have either yet. There is no page rank. The site is only a few weeks old. So if you only buy websites for passive income or you are only interested in already established sites that have good traffic, this isn't for you.

    If you're looking to build a news website then the work has been done for you getting the site off to a start. You have a fully up and running website with 69 published news stories. The stories were written the hard way, nothing automated or scraped.

    Obviously this is the kind of site that you're going to need to update with daily news content.

    The price is $425.

    What justifies the asking price?

    So far, if it is a .com domain, all I see is it being worth about $7. If you couldn't bother to post the domain, why bother to post the price?

    Anyone who would consider the site worth $7 would not be an appropriate owner for it clearly. What justifies the price is the work that has been put into development of it and with more than a decade in this business and numerous websites sold I am aware there are different types of buyers out there. I am not looking for a buyer of the type who regards a website worthless if it is not already generating revenue and bringing in traffic who has no plans on doing anything with a site but letting it bring in a few dollars while the traffic from sale lasts and then a few months to a year later the site is dead because they have done nothing with it.

    The appropriate buyer for this website is someone who has plans to develop a news website and sees a benefit in purchasing a site that has already been built and already has some indexed content that isn't automated content scraped from other websites. The site is definitely not worth $425 to someone who buys websites for the traffic or revenue they are already generating. To such a buyer the site is worthless. If you are this type of buyer this listing will, understandably, be a joke to you.
