Hello Guy's I have seen some sites doing news submission in Press Release directories. is that good?? or it can hurt? Is there any list of news submit directories? if anybody have then please give. Thanks & Regards Aryans

The reporting and investigation of news falls within the profession of journalism. as you look at it.. it is similar.. and to that theres no bad effect like you worrying for.

Aryans Press release is a very good techniques to get traffic and back links. just need to take care of Rules of Press release sites.just make a release with unique content. i've used for my sites and got very good benifits, you can submit your press release in 50 directories of PR. Thanks John

Submit News in press release , i think it is not considered as a numbers . If u have unique content then submit it many more.
